Upgraded my combo to try this out for the first time for an extra $2.10 CAD, and I immediately realized that was a huge waste of time and money. What I got was a hand full of soggy fries in a container "topped" with bacon, which was about 3 cut up pieces the size of a quarter piled in the corner, and their queso sauce, which more or less tasted like melted processed cheese and had a faint hint of jalepeno, and I mean FAINT.

All in all it tasted like I was eating cheese vomit and dog food, for more than $2 extra on my combo. Disgusting.

Wendy's Bacon Queso Fries are topped with warm and spicy poblano queso, three strips of Applewood smoked bacon cut in pieces and shredded cheddar cheese. They are pretty tasty and not too spicy. You have to eat them when they are warm otherwise they get stuck in clumps because of the cheese.
