I have dry skin. I need an eyeshadow primer so my shadows will have something to stick to. After I applied my eye shadows over the Covergirl primer it would flake off, clump up and it felt awful on my eyes. To fix it, I'd have to take my eye shadow off completely.

I was super excited to try this product out but unfortunately when I did I was extremely disappointed. It was as if I hadn’t used any primer at all, did absolutely nothing for me but left a crease of excess product on my eyelid halfway through the day

The liner seal will take off the liner from underneath. The primer works quite well though, there is not much pigment more of a sticky base, never used the primer not set but it worked very well when set and I did notice a difference.

This product is well priced and gives decent lid coverage. If found you had to warm it up a bit to use, but after doing so, it goes on fairly smooth and is a nice, light primer.
