I have been using it for cooking and i like the taste of it and it is also good for buttering rolls. It spreads well and taste like butter. It is healthier than regular butter. It is available everywhere to purchase and the price is affordable.

I don't usually buy margarine but I've baked with Becel a couple of times. The flavour is neutral so it provides great results for all baked goods. I may purchase again.

I have High cholesterol, On Atvorstatin so thought I'd try to replace butter, this stuff is plain margarine. It has no dairy taste, No richness, Just oily. I'd rather eat butter.

Taste is bad for regular grocery store butter. If you want truly good butter you need to try Irish butter. After that you will cringe at the stuff they call butter in Ontario
