I am not a fan of sugary cereals. I prefer all the bland ones like special k, rice crispies, etc. This is my favorite cereal to snack on. It's big enough for me to just eat it straight out of the box piece by piece (which is dangerous!).

I am really into healthy snacks and food items. This one has sprouted grains which makes ms really happy! Tastes great! I just leave it soaking for a little bit longer than I would with other cereals because it is quite hard.
