Nature's Path Sunrise Crunchy Vanilla

I really like it! It's a nice mix of flavors and I love the crunchy texture. It's just a weird combination of grains, which is what I didn't like too much. Yet it's still a good mix overall. One of the grains is exactly like Corn Pops (old school Kellogg's, anyone?), there's...
Betty Crocker Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

These taste like real, homemade, cookies! They are soft and chewy and delicious and I will definitely buy these again. I have thrown away so many failed batches of GF cookie recipes because of taste or texture so I am thrilled with how these turned out.
Black Diamond Natural Almond Nut Thins

These are okay. Not awesome... they don't have the nice buttery and crumbly texture of a normal cracker. They are rather hard and brittle vs flaky. However, they are seasoned well and are crispy enough to satisfy a snacky craving decently, especially if you have special dietary...

These are really good. I go through boxes of these. They have a slight dusting on them, with a good amount of seasoning on them. I like these more than crackers made with flour.

RAISIN BREAD. Gluten free, childhood-loving raisin bread. I don't know about any of you, but this bread is my favorite morning snack when I am feeling like I've grown up too quickly and I just need to kick it back a notch and let the inner child loose. DON'T FREEZE. The pieces...
Pamela's Irresistible Chocolate Brownie Mix

I had made some brownies with this mix - and I was hard pressed to tell that they were gluten free. They retained the dense texture that was often present these non gluten items, but did not pose to be a problem here. It was chocolaty and simple to make. It would be a good...

We are primarily plant based at home so we eat a lot of tofu. Since we live in a suburb in Toronto that doesn't have an ethnic store, I am happy to find sunrise tofu readily available at my local grocery store (Walmart, Sobeys etc). It is really affordable and 1 package makes...
