Very good deal for an easy to open 546ml can. They are very tasty, easy to use as a side. I recommend you to warm them up in a pan with a bit of olive oil and add some cummin. Great spreadable beans. I buy mine at Superstore.

First time trying this and I was really pleased. The tuna doesn't even taste like tuna. The sauce tastes really nice and hides the tuna taste. Great to eat with crackers.

This was very inexpensive and I was able to get a lot of use out of one bag. It was a lot nicer than instant rice. It’s easy to cook, but takes about 45 mintues to cook, so you need to know when you’re wanting it. Had a nice nutty brown rice flavour.

I love Kodiak Cakes! They are so easy to make...just add water! However, they are really healthy with 12g of protein and 5g of fiber. The dark chocolate is so tasty that you do not even need to add syrup. I like to add bananas to the mix too.

These peameal bacon are a healthier alternative to side bacon. There is a bit of a maple flavour to them, so I do not need to add ketchup. They are great on their own or made into a sandwich. Ease to cook. A couple minutes in a pan or microwave.

I use paprika in a lot of my cooking, especially the hot smoked variety. It was harder to find a few years ago but it's now available widely enough. It's priced well and has beautiful flavour and color. They also make a smoked paprika sea salt that is lovely and tastes amazing.
