Though the overall taste of the bar is good personally for myself I find there is way too much sugar and salt in it. I would recommend this maybe for someone who is active and needs to make meet the requirements of their protein intake .

I was a bit scared to try this flavor , but was blown away at first bite. The maple flavor was present, but it was not overwelming and it added to the bar. I would say that this is perfect for after a workout or as a small snack.
