Aloe vera gel has many uses especially for sunburns. It helps cool the burn and not peel so much. I also use it for skin care and minor burns. I also use it in my hair, leaves it feeling great.

This massage oil works well. I recently fell and my muscles in my arms and legs were hurting bad and someone told me to try this out and it works well. It has a bit of a scent to it but it works l like the fact it is all natural with no alcohol added o any chemicals in it.

Although I don’t mind the powder, these capsules are so much easier to take and I think more effective. I always feel like I’m wasting with the powder because can never drink it all. Pills are flavourless. My only negative is taking 5 at a time (a lot of pills to take)
