I would recommend this product to anyone who has a sore throat. The spray is convenient and the taste isn't bad. The only down side is that the relief lasts a short time.

Thus product is definitely and relief from your standard chalky flavorless heart burn tablets with some unique fruity flavors. I would say they are as strong as the original but you can always take more cause they taste great
