since these are chewable they are basically candy to me.. but healthy/ good for you to eat. which is great since it recconfs you can have up to 4 a day- but also doesn’t say there is a max amount so some days i can eat up to 10 ( hehe my bad but they’re just so yummy)...

As I have a problem with insulin levels I have to take B-12. Kirkland Signature Vitamin B-12 is great for the balance for the day. The Dissolving Cherry flavor is the best. It tastes like a hard candy. I recommend it to anybody that need to make your insulin level balance.

I love having protein shakes in the morning but I’m so picky about flavour! I buy the unflavoured powder to add to shakes! No dairy and no sugars is a plus! I add my own organic cocoa and other protein’s and it’s amazing!

Recently tried this flavour and enjoyed it. Not to over powerful. Amazing citrus flavor. My 9 year one also had a bit of a tickle in her throat. She also tried and it seemed to help a great deal!
