I bought this brand because I did not get used to another one that did not have the capsule and I could feel the taste of it, making swallowing extremely difficult for me. It’s very easy to swallow it now, feeling satisfied and happy that I chose this product.

I got the One A Day for Women 50+ because they and easy for me to swallow. They have vitamins B12, B1, B2, B6, A, C, D, E, Niacin, and Folate. They also have an advanced formula of Omega-3 DHA. I love the fact that they don’t upset my stomach.

Highest Plant based DHA(600mg)+EPA(400mg) on the market. Good source of Omega 3. Great for vegetarians/vegans. The taste is not that bad, could be better though. Would be great if they had the same DHA+EPA in capsule form.

I take it as an alternative for my vitamin C... I used it every night... I notice I become slim so I checked again the pack, although the taste seems uncomfortable at first then you become well afterward. Alternately, i also buy the Guardian Malaysia brands vitamin C
