The dye is equivalent to the quality you get in house and you need to be careful as it has great stain for your hair but can also stain your sink/tub etc so be careful. They include all you need to do your hair including stain guard, shampoo, conditioner and full personalized instructions. To compare this dye to store bought is rather hard to believe as this is like no box dye I have ever used. I am waiting for my third shipment and each time my colourist (yes, you get your own!)Karen and I have tweaked my formula so I get the best shade for me. Love, love, love this service/product. Messy but did the trick

I used this because I was able to get 50% off my first colour. I found it to be messier than the box dyes you get at the store. It was a nice colour but I don't think it lasted any longer the a regular box dye. I did get a second box because I wanted to get the mixing bowl and cape as well. I have since cancelled my subscription. I'm not sure if I will do it again. The dyes in the store are cheaper.

Believe it or not, I tried it out and I love it.....They customize your hair colour to what you want and after youve tried it, they tweek it to suit your needs.
I wasnt sure at first, they ask you to send a photo and you tell them what you want. Of course you do the rest at home.....you order as you need, if you do not want they colour for that month you can tell them not to send it....
I still havent found the perfect colourist and am tired of finding my colour at the pharmacy, disappearing, out of stock or discontinued.
