This location has extremely poor service. I was disappointed and insulted when I came to this location for the very first time and faced customer service that was below the standard that any customer would expect.

The staff and management seem to be careless when it comes to their clientelle and act entitled to have a fan base.

My feedback for this location is to sharpen their service skills or they will eventually close down. People enjoy spending their money where they are valued.

With Purdy's and Laura Secord in the mall, there is no reason why I need to return to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, in Square One.
