Although the merchandise is trendy and usually affordable, they have LOUSY Customer Service. I had an accident within the store where a shelf with about 8 wooden Cutting Boards were not placed properly and all fell on my foot. Although the Assistant Manager and one of the clerks were speedy in assuring I was ok, Winners Customer Service at Head office were not. My foot is badly bruised and i had to go in for x rays, but Head office Customer Service was non existent, I had to email 3 times before I received a call to see if I was ok! Bad Customer Service. Follow up? Nope, I had to repeatedly call. Is that Customer Service? It's been a month since the accident, still the tissue on my foot is badly bruised and tender to the touch. I shudder at the thought had there been a child there and had all the boards collapse on them.

I love this store I go to different locations sometimes to see different things. I can always find like 5 things I like for great prices, like prices that are reasonable. I love the huge selection they have of everything, like trying to find a purse is not hard here they have like hundreds sorted by color. The shoe selection is not the biggest but still, you can find some nice things here.

We finally have a Winners that just opening in my City, usually I have to drive an hour away.
I love this store, the wide range of beauty, clothes, shoes and home decor are fantastic. I can spend a lot of time in the beauty isle, always great finds and even better deals. Its also the perfect store for purchasing gifts, I can always find something for hard to buy ladies on my Christmas lists and the products are always changing, love this store and the friendly staff.

Winners/ Marshalls are probably my favourite stores in Canada. It's hard to come across deals in smaller city compare to Toronto or The States. It naturally becomes my go-to shopping spot. Love the deals on hair/beauty, shoes, lingerie sections the best, I find clothing is kind of hit and miss because you can come across deals elsewhere often.

They have the best price in town!!! Our one stop shop for everything. they have a variety of choices and i love the option to return items regardless. This store is just beyond amazing. You can find good deals specially when they have a Clearance. Definitely recommend.

Winners is one of my all time favorite​ stores,it has everything thing for your home and family,from pictures,to bedding to cutlery,bathroom stuff ,rugs,fake plants and even food .I love shopping​ here for me and my family ,there is something for everyone in this store .The stores I go to are always clean and well organized.There items are very different from alot of other stores ,I do find you need to be careful if buying ornaments as some have damage ,but a wonderful store .

I love going to Winner's to grab great deals on designer brand names. Great selection from baby to adults. I was able to get a very nice puma watch for just under $200 and online it was $425.They have great customer service and someone is there always to help out. I usually got to Winners about 5 times per month and I really enjoy the savings.

Absolutely loveeeee winners! My husband refuses to come with me because he knows that I can get lost in there for hours! There's just so much to look at lol

I love winners it's my go to place when I'm looking for name brands at a cheap price ! I've found Addis, Nike even Polo they have a great make up/ beauty section as well with alot of cool stuff I always take a look at winners when I'm out shopping :)

Winners are such a good store . I always find great kids clothes there and for such a good price . I also like their holiday decorations . My favourite pair of nikes I got from there for 40 dollars . Love it !
