It works very well as a toothpaste in general. It cleans, has what you are looking for in a toothpaste. As for whitening, it does an alright job. If you keep it up regularly, you will see some improvement. Not as quick as whitestrips, but I've tried strips and they made my teeth sore (I suppose my teeth are sensitive). So this whitening toothpaste would be a good alternative! [-]  kderoo14

this product works really good but it makes me teeth feel sensitive if i use it a few days in a row. makes me worry what is all in it and what it is doing to my teeth. TaraHoock

This brand, I believe had an add that promised to make your teeth whiter in 5 days. My sister recently bought this paste and I decided to test this challenge. Now below is three pictures attached. In regards to the 5 day challenge- it didn't really work. Yes I noticed some surface stains gone but it didn't have the effect of overall whiteness.
The first picture is the first night I tried it. (Ignore my nose)
The second picture is the fifth day. - As you can see, not much of a difference.
The last one is of me continuing to do it for about two weeks. Now if take away the light shining on my teeth, you can see there is a little bit more of a difference.

It leaves my mouth and breath feeling fresh, and after a couple days if you use this alongside the toothpaste, you'll notice your pearly whites turning super pearly! [-]  mirroreffect

I've used Sensodyne in the past but my brother has been using this for the past few months and I've noticed his teeth has gotten a bit more whiter than it had been before. The taste is like any other toothpaste, minty fresh, but I like how it's good on sensitive teeth. [-]  sarahmeeae
