I really enjoy this product. To be honest I didn’t expect it to really do much for whitening but it actually has made a bit of a difference! Nothing too drastic, but I have noticed my teeth have been a bit on the whiter side since I’ve started using this product. To me that says a lot because I’m a smoker and drink TOO much coffee haha.

It’s not too expensive since I get 5 packs at Costco and they tend to last me months with only two of us using them. The mint flavour is refreshing and leaves my mouth feeling clean, and my breath smelling nice! [-]  Nikkiborges

Maybe it was my fault and I took too much but I gagged because it got so foamy in my mouth. 60 seconds was way too long to hold it and try not to puke.
