I was excited to try this product to help me with perimenopause, specifically night sweats and moodiness but unfortunately, my gynecologist put me on birth control to help manage those at the same time I received these so I don’t think I can...   +

I was excited to try this product to help me with perimenopause, specifically night sweats and moodiness but unfortunately, my gynecologist put me on birth control to help manage those at the same time I received these so I don’t think I can properly assess them because I only took them a couple of days. I will say I didn’t have side effects, and they didn’t seem to make anything worse but I didn’t notice a major difference in the positive direction either.
