These absorb the gunk, thus shrinking pimples. They keep me from touching and picking. I can totally wear makeup over them. These are clear and matte, so they are invisible but still slightly noticeable, as all other "invisible" pimple patches. This is a great Canadian brand! I really appreciate their acne products. First of all, I truly enjoy the refreshing strawberry flavour. I also appreciate the shaker bottle. It makes it so easy to mix the powder, although I do not like the square shaped packet - I make a mess each time I try to pour the powder into the bottle! A narrow packet would be so much better. The benefits that I experienced almost immediately were with my digestion! I find I have a lot less bloating and I am regular!!! Like, every day regular! I also find my energy levels to have increased. In terms of my skin, I find it more hydrated and my dry spots have disappeared. I would love to continue to use this in order to experience and see more of the many benefits.
