Villaggio Artesano Italian Style White Bread
I love eating most bread and this one was no different. It was very soft but not mushy when not toasted, which is really important to me. It smells delicious when toasted and is great for sandwiches and paninis.

I was able to purchase some products with an $100 off voucher during the Soia & Kyo Chickadvisor Champaign and I chose this Phebe double-sided scarf. I have been on the lookout for a new autumn/winter/spring scarf that's suitable for the Canadian weather and I am very happy I have found this one. It is a massive scarf that's as long as I am tall, at 70" by 26.7". This is a priority for me as I need large enough scarves that can cover my neck and body and act as a shawl when I'm sitting around. The scarf is extremely soft and warm to the touch, which makes me want to never take it off. The double-sidedness makes this scarf very versatile, especially since there's a clear colour contrast that makes it compliment many outfits. The only downside is that given the material (100% acrylic) and how soft it is, it is prone to a little pilling, especially when worn on top of other acrylic or clothings prone to pilling. -

I visited the Soia & Kyo store at Square One as part of the Chickadvisor campaign in exchange for my honest review. I did not indicate to any staff that I was part of the campaign until I was at the cashier checkouting, so I can say for certain that the interactions I had beforehand was genuine and authentic.
The store space wasn't big, but it was very bright, organized, and modern chic. The products were not all displayed nicely and the bright lights and numerous mirrors made it very easy to evaluate each product and test it out. It wasn't crowded when I had visited the store, but at the same time I didn't feel like there were sales associates hovering around me. I was looking for a scarf, and an associate named Richard was very kind enough to not only show me all the colours and styles that were available, but also help me decide which one was best for the autumn season. He encouraged me to try different scarfs out in front of the mirror, and didn't pressure me into any purchases. The prices of the scarfs were a little high, considering many were acrylic, but they felt so soft and warm, and was the perfect large size for the Canadian fall and winter seasons that it was really worth it.

The texture of the lotion is quite thick, and it takes a little more effort to really spread the product evenly. My skin felt greasy afterwards, but that only lasted for about a minute. Next thing I knew, my skin was smooth and velvety and there's no hint of grease anymore. The scent itself is light, subtle, and doesn't linger around for too long. -

Onto the positives. First, the packaging of this lipstick is gorgeous. It's so easy to open and close, and there's no issue of closing and then the cap doesn't align properly with the bottom. Second, the colour is very pigmented and shows up very nicely on my lips. I've seen several people wearing the same shade, but it looks different depending on your own skin, which is so great!
Now onto the negatives. First, the brush picks up way too much product every time I uncap it, and I always have to wipe it by the edge before I can apply. This can get pretty wasteful pretty fast, and can get a little messy if you're not careful. Second, the brush is not very precise. It's great when applying at the middle of your lips. However, because of how much product it usually has, and how big the brush is, it's difficult to get a precise application on the sides of the lips. It's even more difficult to make sure the colour doesn't seep outside the lip line.

While the flavour of the pomegranate-cherry was very prominent when the can was first opened, it wasn't as pronounced on my taste buds. I still had a bitter aftertaste to it and it wasn't as pleasant as I had hoped. It's very refreshing and great during a hot day, and the low calorie count is certainly a plus, but it's just not something I'd grab again. -

This product is absolutely amazing! It has been my go-to for spot treatment for years now. A little goes a long way. My acne will always recede and disappear after 2 days of use, twice a day. The bottle is small and convenient enough that I can also bring it whenever I'm travelling. The only downside is the design. I find that I need to tilt the bottle completely upside down for the solution to come to the q-tip, and by that point, too much comes at once. I haven't found an easy way to only use a tiny bit yet. -

These are one of my favourite face masks. I purchased three packs while I was travelling in Japan as the price was much better. Each mask is full of serums and there is even excess serum in the bag that I can save up to use again. My face feels very moisturized afterwards and the scent is subtle so I'm not tempted to remove the mask after 5min of use only. The pack comes with 7 masks, one for each day, but with the leftover serums I had enough for another 2-3 days of use as a face serum. -

I was searching for a light moisturizer when I came across this product. I was excited to try this product as I always have a hard time finding a light moisturizer from Korean beauty products that had this light cream texture, as a lot are more in liquid forms. This moiturizer is very light but highly moisturizing, so I only use a little bit every night right before bed. It is very thin and cold and absorbs into my skin very quickly. It also doesn't cause any breakouts for me, which is very important as my skin is usually sensitive. -

I was looking for a car mount for my cellphone to use in the car as I was tired of holding it or putting it in the cup holder while driving. When I found this, I was excited to try it. There were two holders in the box. The holders themselves seem a little small but their magnetic forces are surprisingly very strong. I've put one magnetic strip inside my case without the adhesive and it still stays on the holder for the entire time. For the price, it is very good! The one thing to be cautious about, though, is that depending on the car model, the mount may not sit flushed with the air vent. Sometimes when you're trying to remove the phone, you end up taking the mount off the vent itself, but you can just easily put it back on. -
