The flavour of the gum is a great taste. Have only been using it for a couple days, so far not noticing a huge effect. But maybe with the gum and the mist together, I'll notice that it will help with cravings.

NIVEA Essential Lip Balm
Been using nivea lip balm for years. doesn't have that thick feel like some chap sticks. Has a nice smooth feel to it. have also used the tinted pink one also, great for a 2 in 1.
