Promensil really works! My hot flashes were really bad. I tried different herbs and natural medications to help. They helped a little, but nothing worked as well as Promensil. My hot flashes have almost completely vanished and the ones I do feel are barely noticeable. It's such a relief. I received a couple packs free to review. I've already purchased more because they helped so much. I would recommend.

I love how you see everything coming together right before your eyes! A great way to spend mom and daughter time together. The instructions had very descriptive steps with tips to go along with them and there are a lot of different patterns to choose to make. We have done several bracelets and they all have come out perfect! I would definitely reccomend and will be purchasing more thread to make more! I recieved this free for review. -
