This also works for dry and cracked heals, I'd just apply it on the bottom of my heals before I go to sleep and when I get up my heals look as smooth as a baby's bottom. -

But when I came out the shower to put it on my skin it was horrible. A few hours after applying it, my skin had already begun to dry up. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone who has dry skin. -
