So we’ve all been told numerous different things about how often we should wash our hair and with what. In the last few years I finally switched out of daily shampooing and now try to last 3-4 days between shampoo. If I find by the time I wash my hair it’s super greasy or I have too much buildup from religiously dry shampooing my hair, this shampoo is my go to! Definitely use it sparingly as the cost is a bit on the high side. I have never been let down by this shampoo. No matter how bad my hair is, it always gets it squeaky clean! -

Decided to try a new deodorant this time around and was not disappointed! Typically I prefer to stick with the Secret brand, but had gotten some suggestions to use Dove because I had been noticing dry skin that was quite itchy. Probably within a week I noticed that I was no longer having that issue! Which, lets be honest. No one likes itchy armpits. WIN WIN!! -
