I was skeptical when I first tried these thinking they would not help- just like other supplements I have taken but these did!! They helped manage some of my symptoms so it wasn't as overwhelming. My night sweats and hot flashes were to the point I felt ill. Now I don't have hardly any night sweats and my hot flashes are shorter in just a month of taking them. Thank goodness I found Promensil.
