Vida by PADERNO 11" frying pan is an excellent addition to the cook's arsenal for delivering excellent results. The pan does not have a non-stick surface so no need to worry about weird fumes. With enough olive oil or grape seed oil, there is no sticking. Clean-up is a breeze. The pan fits into the dishwasher and there is no need for extra scrubbing.    -
