Craving rice but no time to cook?
If you’ve got @thericestuffbox The Rice Stuff’s instant rice box at home, you’re just 5 minutes away from a steaming bowl of organic jasmine rice. Just tear off the top, add boiling water, and pop it into the steam oven for 2 minutes. That’s it.
Today I tried the Vegan Thai Red Curry flavour, deep, rich, and full of character. You get that unmistakable Thai-style creaminess from the coconut milk, layered with warming spices and herbs. It’s bold without being overwhelming, spicy but still soothing. The kind of flavour that lingers in the best way and keeps you going back for bite after bite.
And even with all that punchy flavour, it feels light and clean:

No mouth dryness, no bloating, no guilt, just real satisfaction.

I have a routine of drinking organic apple cider vinegar after dinner to help regulate my blood sugar, and I’ve been doing this for over 5 years. I recognize that there are some potential downsides, such as the acidity irritating my throat or stomach, and long-term use could damage tooth enamel.
That’s why I was excited to receive the @golinutrition Vegan Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies from @thisisbutterly . These gummies are Non-GMO and gluten-free. In addition to apple cider vinegar, they’re enriched with pomegranate and beetroot both of which are considered superfoods as well as vitamins B9 and B12. Each gummy contains only 1.8 grams of sugar. They have a nice chewy texture that doesn’t stick to your teeth. They taste pleasantly sweet and tangy, with no odd aftertaste, so it doesn’t feel like I’m just taking vitamins. However, I do find them a bit on the sweet side. A common issue with gummy vitamins is that they can stick together, so I’ve chosen to store them in a glass container for easy access.
I don’t plan to replace my liquid apple cider vinegar with these gummies, but since they’re not a medication, just a vitamin gummy with no side effects and the label suggests you can take up to 6 a day. I love to treat them as a healthy snack. They satisfy my sweet cravings while also boosting my immune system and supporting heart health, which is a great bonus!

Made with organic oats, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, currants, freeze-dried apple cubes, apple powder, and apple puree. And with just 5g of sugar per 30g serving, it’s light but satisfying! The dried apple cubes are a pleasant surprise. They keep that fresh apple flavor and the texture is just right. Today, I paired it with my homemade vegan cocoa waffles and a little maple syrup, and it felt like a cafe-level vibes at home. -

The muffin had the perfect balance of sweetness, with a wonderfully moist texture. And the sourdough was so soft and flavorful, with a mild tanginess that I love.

As a self-proclaimed carb lover, I always have some leftover rice stashed in my fridge. So I was excited to receive this @lundbergfarms 90-second microwavable organic brown jasmine rice.
I decided to get a little creative and use the rice to make some tasty veggie-packed rice balls. First, I steamed the rice with some carrots and bok choy for 5 minutes in the steam oven. Then I mixed in sesame seeds, turmeric, sesame oil, salt, and green onions to make flavorful rice balls.
The texture and taste of this pre-cooked rice was just as good as making it from scratch. It has a lovely fluffy and fragrant jasmine flavor. I paired the rice balls with a fresh avocado salad and juicy watermelon for a refreshing, well-balanced plate. Such a convenient way to enjoy wholesome, organic rice anytime. Definitely a staple I’ll be keeping on hand for quick, healthy meals.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the quality and versatility of this Lundberg organic brown jasmine rice. It’s a great addition to my pantry for easy, nutritious meals.
