At first it was great and left my teeth feeling super clean and my breath was fresh. I liked how it had a great taste and didn't have a gritty feeling while brushing, and my whole mouth felt super clean and my teeth were starting to get noticeably whiter. But after 3 days my teeth were starting to get very sensitive to hot, cold and Luke warm drinks. It might be good as a secondary paste but not one for every-day-regular use -

I really appreciate how subtle it is, it doesn't matter if you go to a scent free zone because it's not in your face. It's a bit fruity and floral and doesn't ruin your clothes or bother your skin when sprayed on it

I just got my hands healed after a bad bout of eczema from the wrong soap, Clarins repaired my dry hand because I only tried it on one hand to be safe. I forgot to use gloves when cleaning and the side with Clarins was still perfect but the side without got eczema again -

Hemp yeah protein powder
Tastes horrible, doesn't dissolve properly or fully. Leaves a chalky feeling in your mouth, doesn't seem to be doing what other protein powders do. It doesn't go in milk or milk products (which is often my go to mixer).

NIVEA Soft Refreshingly Soft Moisturizing Creme
Gentle enough for the whole body, still able to moisturize the really dry parts like elbows and heels. Not too strong of a scent, just enough to make you feel fresh. Not sticky and doesn't take forever to soak in your skin.
