I am really looking forward to using this sun lamp during the cold, dark winter when seasonal depression kicks in. I love that the lamp has a stand and blends into my other decor effortlessly. The light adjusts to different brightness and warmth. I felt it the buttons were a little finicky so I removed one star. I have not used it long enough to know if it makes a difference but it has been a nice addition to my morning routine. Overall I am happy and would recommend this sun lamp.    -
