I’ve been using this multivitamin for a little while now, and overall, it’s been surprisingly easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I usually struggle to stay consistent with supplements, but the fact that this one only requires a single dose and doesn’t upset my stomach makes a huge difference. I just take it with my breakfast, and it’s become as automatic as brushing my teeth.
