My teeth looked whiter right after brushing but looked just the way they started by the next morning. The long term effects aren’t there. This is no better than the regular toothpastes at whitening, so why pay more for this kind. -

I love to use this to exfoliate. I wet my face, gently scrub this on, let it sit for a minute or two and rinse. After rinsing my skin feels kind of tingly (a clean feeling), soft and smooth. It’s a great quality for the price!

It does not define as well as a gel but it’s light, so I have more volume. The price is decent. The one down side; it doesn’t mix well with some products. I’ve tried to mix with my favorite gel and it turned into a white mess of cream... yuck! -
