A few years ago, I had developed sensitivity in my teeth. When I brought up the issue with my dentist, he suggested that I switch to a sensitive toothpaste and specifically recommended Sensodyne Pronamel. I don't know why it hadn't occurred to me on my own; I guess I was just in the habit of buying the same brand of toothpaste. A few weeks after switching, my sensitivity issues completely resolved and have never returned, which I fully credit to my continued use of Sensodyne Pronamel. -

As Gold As It Gets is a gold metallic glitter in a clear base that goes on fairly sheer but can be built up into a beautiful gradient. Try it on a clear basecoat for nude nails with a delicate sparkle, or on top of any colour in your collection. I was in the market for a gold glitter polish that looked more like a dusting of gold than a full-on disco ball, and this shade by Essie is perfect.

I use it on damp hair before heat styling to provide protection and norishment, and also smooth it over my dry hair to prevent the halo of flyaways that would otherwise appear. It's also long-lasting, as I've only used about 3/4 of the container with over a year of regular use. -
