It was nice to be able to monitor when I used the Mist and not having cigarettes it is so helpful. Seems to be more realistic in quitting and you scan when you use the mist and how many smokes you have in a day. There is also support if you need it.

it does work well. You should try it and monitor your progress. At first I sprayed under my tongue and it worked well than I did on my tongue and worked just the same. I enjoy using it cause it does take the craving away.

I didn’t smell and strong scents when using it and it peeled off the paper pretty easy too. I washed face first then applied and it stuck to the spot very well, ai had it all n about 9.5 hours and the patch did not move.. The patch got the blemish to the point of no pain and the stuff inside blemish was gone when I removed patch. I was beyond happy and it is very easy to apply and remove.
