As someone who's constantly on the go between work, community events, volunteering, and keeping up with two kids, I never get a chance to drink as much water as I should so I'm always looking for drinks that are easy to grab, decently good for you and actually enjoyable to drink.
I tried the ROAR Organic Blackberry Lemonade and the flavour was the first thing that stood out to me. The blackberry comes through right away, and the lemon adds just enough tartness to keep it refreshing without being overpowering. It tastes bright and fruity without being overly sweet.
What I liked most was how easy it was to work into my day. I was working a community event all day, on little sleep, I didn't drink anything at all, this felt like one of those simple things that made a busy day feel a little more refreshing.
If you're someone who enjoys fruit-forward flavours, Blackberry Lemonade is definitely worth trying.

I like that it supports heart and cognitive health, works for both adults and kids 6+, and is tested for contaminants and heavy metals. Also appreciated that it’s packaged in Guelph, Ontario in bottles made from recycled plastic. Love supporting local Canadian brands!
Basically it's easy to tolerate, and fits well into a busy family routine.

I’ve been using it for muscle strain and pain, especially in my shoulders and upper back, and I love that I can apply it during the day without it feeling messy or overpowering and making me sleepy.
Super convenient to keep around when your body’s feeling less than ideal.

I tried the Bodhi hot sauce by Lost in the Sauce . I don't have a high tolerance for spice but this one was well-balanced with sweetness. A little overwhelming on its own as the heat kicks in fast but having it with food changes that dynamic, the heat doesn't hit as hard and you can actually taste the flavors really well. definitely elevated my meal. Thank you to LITS and Butterly for letting me try out this delicious hot sauce.

High in protein and fiber, and they taste just like regular pasta we didn't even notice a difference As busy parents, we're always looking for food that's quick to prepare and healthy alternatives without sacrificing flavor. Millet Family's noodles might just become a staple in our house now and I'm stoked to choose a clean, Canadian brand!
