I’ve tried a lot of different omega-3 supplements over the years, but NOW Ultra Omega-3 has been one of the easiest to take consistently. The "enteric coating" really makes a difference, there's no gross fishy aftertaste like I’ve had with some other fish oils.
I like that it supports heart and cognitive health, works for both adults and kids 6+, and is tested for contaminants and heavy metals. Also appreciated that it’s packaged in Guelph, Ontario in bottles made from recycled plastic. Love supporting local Canadian brands!
Basically it's easy to tolerate, and fits well into a busy family routine.

I’ve been using it for muscle strain and pain, especially in my shoulders and upper back, and I love that I can apply it during the day without it feeling messy or overpowering and making me sleepy.
Super convenient to keep around when your body’s feeling less than ideal.

High in protein and fiber, and they taste just like regular pasta we didn't even notice a difference As busy parents, we're always looking for food that's quick to prepare and healthy alternatives without sacrificing flavor. Millet Family's noodles might just become a staple in our house now and I'm stoked to choose a clean, Canadian brand!
