When I pulled open the bag I could smell the coffee coming out of the bag. It's so nice to smell it. The ground one is designed for regular filter coffee. For espresso machines, it's best to buy the Whole Bean and grind it yourself to the desired fine/coarse setting. As for the coffee, it tastes just like store bought. The price is obviously due to the fact that these coffee is certified organic and ethically sourced. Recommended for those who love their McCafe coffee in the morning! -

My family loved the bold, rich flavour of this Dark Roast McCafe. It has a slight nutty flavour with only a very small amount of bitterness. I usually set my Keurig to strong, but with its bold flavour I can skip that. I have never tried a dark roasts and I usually stick to medium - but will definitely keep this in a rotation!
We will definitely continue to purchase this brand but in addition to our usual medium coffee. We really enjoyed it but we do like to have a variety to choose from. I recommend it and look forward to adding them to our coffee rotation.

My family loved the bold, rich flavour of this Dark Roast McCafe. It has a slight nutty flavour with only a very small amount of bitterness. I usually set my Keurig to strong, but with its bold flavour I can skip that and do my regular 12 oz. cup. I have never tried a dark roasts and I usually stick to medium - but will definitely keep this in a rotation!
