I was diagnosed with lactose issues a few years ago and finally made the switch to almond milk. Not a fan of drinking it on its own, but in a smoothie is great. Wish it was a little bit cheeper as I have to buy it 1-2 times a week

Been taking these chewy vitamins for about 2 months now. I was able to see results within 3-5 days. My hair has grown a few inches( I've had to colour my hair twice since I started taking it as it's grown fast. Great flavor
