This vitamin C + elder berry product is free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, nuts, egg, artificial colour, and flavours. It also dissolves quickly in water. Can be enjoyed both in warm and cold. Since the taste is yummy, it's a good alternative for picky eater kid (4+).

It's really good prenatal vitamin, especially if you're having iron deficiency history during pregnant. The iron in this vitamin is the highest one rather than other vitamins. I used it for the entire pregnancy and I don't have any iron deficiency issues in this pregnancy. Be sure to consume enough fibre to avoid constipation. It's also contains DHA which is good for brain development. The taste is not bad. I highly recommend this product. -
