I have been using this product for just over 6 weeks. I do believe that this product has helped with some of the menopausal symptoms that I have been going through. I noticed diminished hot flashes and night sweats. Since I am at the start of menopausal symptoms it may have helped with others that I am not aware of. I have not noticed any side effects or any interactions with any medications that I am currently taking. I believe that I will continue to keep taking this to see how things go.    -
