I stuck to taking these religiously because I wanted to really see if they worked, or if it had a placebo effect on me. Either way, it didn’t work! I had no relief of my symptoms, the night sweats, staying asleep, moods, hot flashes, I didn’t get a drop of relief. I wish it had helped, I was really looking forward to it, unfortunately I was let down. I know we’re all different, and what may work for you may not work for me, but I wouldn’t recommend buying them.    -
