I have never had sensitivity with my teeth but as I've gotten older I find I have some pain when have hot or cold food items. Once I started to use Sensodyne, my teeth are no longer sensitive to hot and cold. I find if I stop using it, then I am once again having problems. Sensodyne has really helped the sensitivity of my teeth! -

We love dates in our home. Recently we tried Natural Delights Medjool Dates. I've had numerous other varieties of Medjool Dates but I have to say these are the BEST ones to date. They are so fresh and tasty. They are pricey but it is worth every penny! I would avoid buying from Wal-Mart as I found the ones I found there weren't very fresh. Loblaws had fresh dates and will be buying Natural Delights from there from now on! -
