I tried Glutegard for a month, whenever im eating out or at a friend’s and im doubtong about gluten contamination, i take the pill 15min before my meal.
It helps digest the gluten if there was any and my stomach is not upset after. So its like a second lauer of security, and i’ve been loving the results.
Attention: it doesnt mean u can eat gluten if you have your pill. Its just in cas of food contamination.    -
