I gave the Swiss Natural Total One® Multi Vitamin and Mineral to my mother so she could try it. After using it for 9 days, she really liked it and she was able to incorporate this multi vitamin into her daily routine to compensate her vitamin deficiency. This definitely made her to feel that she is doing something positive for her health. -
