I received the Aveeno® Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum for free in return for my honest review. This is the first time that I've tried a plant-based retinol alternative serum and it was a great experience. It felt wonderful going on (nice and lightweight, not sticky), was easy to apply and absorbed quickly -- and I appreciate that it is fragrance-free, as I'm not a fan of overly scented products (especially if this is just one step in your skincare routine). Since I've only used it for just under a month, I can't speak of the long-term results, but for the time that I have used it, it left the skin feeling smooth and moisturized. I look forward to continuing to use this serum. Thanks Aveeno & Butterly! -

I received the Aveeno® Calm + Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel for free in return for my honest review. I've never tried a plant-based retinol alternative before and found this to be a wonderful option. It was easy to apply and absorbed quickly, and it felt really nice after application. Since I've only used it for just under a month, I can't say for sure what the long-term use would result in, but for the time that I have used it, it certainly left the skin around my eyes feeling moisturized and less puffy. I received the Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Moisturizer with Mineral SPF 30 for free in return for my honest review. I found that this moisturizer didn't go on quite like others I have tried, it didn't spread out easily -- basically wherever it first landed on my face, that's where it stayed -- but it definitely absorbed quickly, and it really left my skin feeling soft, refreshed and moisturized. Perhaps the added SPF/sunscreen aspect of it caused this difference, but it didn't stop me from using it, just made me adjust how I applied the product. I really liked how this product made my skin feel afterwards and it was nice knowing that I had SPF 30 protection. -

I received 2 packets of Sambucol Powdered Drink through Butterly for free in return for my honest review. While having only 2 packets means that I can't speak of the long-term effects, I can say that I felt great after each drink. I really liked the taste -- it's a nice, pleasing berry flavour, not too sweet, and the powder mixed easily and very well in the water -- no grittiness. I would definitely try this again, if not as a preventative measure, I would try it if I'm starting to feel a bit under the weather -- I'd even try it with hot water as a nice warm boost! We received this USB Rechargeable Kitchen Scale from Vida by Paderno for free for an honest review. My husband is the chef of the family and he loves this scale! The display is large and very bright, making it easy to read at any point. LOVE that it's rechargeable by the included USB cord!! It's a great modern, slim design that makes it easy to store away, while still being able to weigh up to 11 lb., which is amazing. It's also wonderful that it comes with a 3-year warranty from the manufacturer. Can't say enough good things about this scale!! -

I found the Aveeno Tone + Texture Renewing Body Scrub worked really well -- especially on the drier skin on my legs & arms. It made my skin feel clean and fresh, with a wonderful smooth and moisturized feeling -- never left it feeling greasy or dry & itchy (as some other products I've tried have). The smell is pleasant without being overpowering, which is a plus in my books. -
NOMA Icicle LED Lights 70, Pure White

I haven't actually purchased/used icicle lights prior to trying these NOMA LED indoor/outdoor lights. I do like the amount of lights and the way the "icicle" lengths are staggered. The lights are very bright, which would probably be best outdoors (and/or from further away) – if I were to use these indoors, I'd probably opt for the warm-white version instead. The only reason I didn't get these 5 stars was that I found the price of this product to be a bit high for the length – 7'2" is a good length for a hand-rail or across a mantel, but for outdoors you'd have to buy quite a few boxes to go across your rooftop. -

Having tried the Lancome Renergie H.C.F. Triple Serum for only 2 weeks, I can't speak about the long-term effects. However, I can say that although the formula is hydrating, it left my skin with a not-quite-sticky, tacky feeling that I didn't like, and I found the scent to be a bit overpowering. I had some problems with the function of the pump itself, too -- it was very inconsistent, both in the amount of product that come out and sometimes not all 3 of the serums actually came out (with the white formula very obviously missing off & on). I really was very excited to try this, since it is not something that I'd spend that much money on without knowing if I like it, but I have to say that I was disappointed. I've used WAY cheaper products with similar results and a much nicer scent & feeling after applying. If you're thinking of buying this, hopefully you'll be able to get a sample size or something to try it before spending all that money. -
