It helps clear, fade and improve blemish spots, post acne marks within 10 days and is noticeable after 3 days.I use it at night before I head to bed. I kept the patches on overnight. Within 3 days my blemishes have faded away and my skin looks clearer. It's great for days when you need to go out and have clearer skin in a couple of days. My 18 year old uses it more and he loves it.
