Been my go to for years! It does a great job. It goes on nicely and definitely builds well. It does get clumpy after a bit. Dries out in the tube as well.

CLINQUE High Impact Mascara
I have used MANY high end mascaras but this one caught me off guard. Smooth, build-able, strong black, does not dry out quickly, not clumpy, washes off easily but does not run in the rain, and does not ever irritate my eyes.
