I am often guilty of skipping my flossing routine. Using the strings is tedious as both hands are required and expert maneuvering needed. This gives me no excuse as I can use it single handedly. I put them everywhere, including my car, in front of my computer, at my work desk, even in the gym bag. It is small but flosses well, the string is sturdy and does not break through the entire teeth flossing session. I was actually given a pat on my back at my latest dentist appointment for noticeable improvements in my gum health from regular flossing. -

These vitamin gummies are so good! A great multivitamin to take daily. I have tried other brands and some of the gummies tasted horrible. These have a great taste, no chalky aftertaste! It was a little expensive, but worth it!
