I do not use heat on my hair, except on special occasions. I found this product to be a win-lose for me personally, but do not regret buying it. -

I love this! I use itin the shower on my face and arms. It is a nice exfoliation for the skin, but I try not to use it more that once a week. My skin dries out from over-exfoliation.
