I’ve been using the TheraBreath Whitening mouthwash for approximately two weeks. The minty flavor is nice, and unlike many other rinses, it doesn’t burn or dry out my mouth.
While it left my mouth feeling clean and refreshed, I haven’t noticed any whitening effects. If there’s a benefit, maybe it’s more effective at maintaining existing whiteness instead of giving noticeable results on its own.
Overall, I think TheraBreath is a decent option if you're looking for a gentle rinse. However, given the lack of visible whitening and the relatively high price, it may not be the best value for someone whose main goal is whitening.

The gummies are vegan, gluten-free, and taste great. They’re sweet and apple-y with zero vinegar burn unlike liquid apple cider vinegar.
I felt slightly less bloated with consistent use, which was a nice bonus. That said, the gummies are more of a gentle support rather than a miracle supplement.
One thing to note. The gummies have quite a bit of added vitamin B12. That can be helpful for those who are deficient or want to supplement however, I prefer supplements without added vitamins unless needed. So this is something to consider.
Overall, an easy and tasty way to incorporate apple cider vinegar into one’s daily routine.

I’ve been using Swiss Natural Menolibrium Multi-Symptom with EstroG-100® for a short time to help manage some common menopause symptoms, in particular hot flashes and sleep disturbances.
The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that they haven’t caused any side effects, which is always a plus. At the same time, I haven’t noticed any benefits yet. However, I know that for many natural plant-based products, benefits can take time and can be highly individual.
EstroG-100, a hormone-free blend of angelica, silk plant, and fireweed, can be a good alternative for anyone looking for support during menopause who would rather avoid hormone replacement therapy or pharmaceuticals
I plan to continue using Menolibrium to assess its potential effectiveness.

I’ve been taking Swiss Natural ChoLESSterol with Vegapure with plant sterol esters to support heart health and maintain healthy cholesterol levels. The capsules are meant to help reduce the absorption of cholesterol in the digestive tract.
The gel capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that this is product that is free from common allergens and artificial additives. So far, I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, which is encouraging. However, as with most products, be it supplements, OTC meds, or prescription drugs, it’s premature to determine the effectiveness of the supplement.
I believe that Swiss Natural ChoLESSterol with Vegapure can be a promising and well-tolerated option for those interested in a more natural approach to managing cholesterol. That said, I believe a longer trial, ideally supported by blood work, could evaluate their long-term benefits.

I really wanted to like ARM & HAMMER HardBall Clumping Litter, particularly given the great reviews, clumping power and dust-free performance. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for my cat.
Shortly after switching to this litter, she started experiencing stomach issues (vomiting and acting lethargic) in addition to avoiding the litter box and even the room the box is in, which was very unusual for her. I suspect the fragrance of the litter may have been too strong for her, even though she’s not typically sensitive to scents. After switching back to her regular litter, her symptoms improved immediately, and she went back to being herself.
I do appreciate that the litter clumps well and is virtually dust-free, but the fragrance was clearly a problem for my cat. I understand that many cats might tolerate or even like the scent; unfortunately, it wasn’t a good fit for us so we’re back to our previous litter. If you have a cat who is sensitive to fragrances, please test it before making the switch.

I had high hopes for Promensil as a natural supplement for managing menopause symptoms. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. I started experiencing rather unpleasant side effects (acne, headaches, nausea, stomach pain, and uncomfortable bloating) shortly after I started taking it. This made it difficult to continue taking the product, and I ultimately stopped after 9-10 days.
While I appreciate that Promensil is marketed as a natural option for managing menopause symptoms, and I heard from others that it can work wonders, the side effects were a deal-breaker for me. I didn't see much improvement in my symptoms either, but it could be because it was a rather short trial for me.
Every person reacts differently to supplements, but given my experience, I’d recommend proceeding with caution and consulting a healthcare professional before trying this product.

The cushioned pad has a significantly larger surface area than that of regular Band-Aids, and it provides really good coverage for small cuts and scrapes. Also, the pad felt soft and comfortable against the skin and didn’t irritate at all.
The bandage stayed in place throughout the day, so the adhesive is strong. Also , the bandages are truly waterproof; washing my hands did not damage them in any way,
Overall, the Band-Aid Pro Heal Adhesive Bandages offer good protection and comfort and are versatile.

I've been using Cran Max by Swiss Natural for a month to support my urinary tract health. The product does seem to help, particularly with the early signs of discomfort, but it has not prevented recurrent UTIs. The capsules, which contain cranberry concentrate (250 mg -- 8500 mg herbal equivalent) are easy to take. Also, the natural formulation is important to me.
However, the benefits didn’t compare to those I experienced using other much stronger cranberry supplements I've tried (up to 30,000 mg herbal equivalent). I think the product is good for general maintenance, but not necessarily “strong.”

As advertised, the lotion is unscented; therefore, it is an excellent option for anyone with sensitive skin or who prefers to avoid fragrances. I don’t avoid fragrances, yet I still appreciate a truly unscented lotion as it doesn’t interfere with the scented products I typically use. The lotion is also lightweight, it absorbs fast and leaves my skin smooth and soft throughout the day.
Lubriderm Unscented Lotion + Pro Ceramide is a great option for anyone looking for an effective, unscented, and hydrating lotion.

The combination of shea butter, oat kernel oil, oat kernel extract, oat kernel flour, and aloe vera (yes, I read labels 😊 ) is calming, soothing, and comforting for skin.
I also appreciate that this moisturizer is fragrance-free, hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic.
Its lightweight formula absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling supple, soft, hydrated, and refreshed.
I highly recommend Aveeno's Calm + Restore Daily Gel Moisturizer to anyone looking for a gentle and effective moisturizer for sensitive skin.
