I used this penne pasta to make a Greek pasta salad and the pasta was fantastic. As the box side it reached the perfect al dente texture in 9 minutes of cooking. This salad was protein packed while also just tasting delicious. I love that the pasta has 17 g of protein per serving really helping me increase my daily protein intake. This salad will be a fan favourite this summer.
