This stuff works too reduce some of my back pain, I know nothing is really ever going to fully help but it's nice having this to rub on when it gets really bad after standing all day, it's also nice that it doesn't have a strong smell meaning I won't be bugging the people around me, also isn't greasy so I don't have to worry about it getting on my clothes. -

I take this everyday after my meals and it has reduced the amount of times I've had to take my actual medication for my G.E.R.D that I suffer from, which is nice because protein pump inhibitors are not kind to you long term and I've had to use them for about 13 years now. So anything to reduce the amount I have to take is a plus in my books. -
