I went here a couple of years ago and it was my first time. I did not know what to expect other than it was an 'all you can eat' type of place. They have stations set up where you can add all the veggies you want, meats and fish and sauces. The options are really endless. The chef cooks it up for you and you take it back to your table, where you have the option for rice or tortilla wraps. Let me tell you, the food is amazing and the service was pretty good. If I ever visit Waterloo again with a big appetite I will definitely go back! -
